Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my files after I buy?
Your Letter and A4 PDFs are emailed to you right after checkout. Nothing is shipped — just download, save, and print at home anytime.
What paper should I print on?
Regular printer paper works great for markers and colored pencils. For a sturdier page (especially with markers), try a heavier cardstock or printer paper rated 32lb or higher.
Can I color on a tablet or iPad instead of printing?
Yes! Open the PDF in an app like GoodNotes or Procreate and color digitally, or print and color by hand — whichever you prefer.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, for personal use — print as many copies as you’d like for your own family. Please don’t resell or share the file itself.
What if I don’t receive my download email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll get it resent right away.
